How it works
Ordering branded merchandise should be simple. Here’s how it works with us.
1. Choose your products
Browse the shop or search for what you need. On each product, pick a colour, a print option (1 colour or full colour), and type the exact quantity you want. Every product has a minimum quantity, shown on the product page. If you need something different, choose “Something else” and tell us.
2. Send us your quote basket
Add as many products as you like to your quote basket, then send it to us with your details. You can attach your logo at the same time. There’s no payment at this stage. Can’t find what you’re after? Tell us what you need and we’ll source it.
3. Get your all-in quote
We check your basket and email you a quote. Our prices include the product, printing, setup and delivery to one UK address, so the only thing added is VAT.
4. Approve and pay
Approve your quote online with one click, add your delivery details and upload your artwork. Payment is taken before production, by card or bank transfer.
5. Check your free proof
We send you a visual proof showing your logo on the product. Check every detail and either approve it or ask for changes. Nothing is printed until you approve.
6. Production and delivery
Your order goes into production, and we email you tracking details once it’s on its way. Lead times are shown on each product and run from proof approval. If you have an event, let us know your date and allow plenty of time.
