Is there a minimum order?

Yes. Every product has a minimum quantity, shown on its product page. Above that, you can order any quantity you like.

What’s included in the price?

Our prices are all-in: the product, printing, setup and delivery to one UK mainland address. VAT is added on top. There are no origination fees or hidden extras.

What does the “from” price mean?

It’s the lowest price per item, based on the largest quantity and simplest print option. Your quote shows the exact price for your colour, print and quantity.

Why don’t you show the full price list?

Prices depend on the quantity, print and options you choose, so we send you an exact, all-in quote for your order instead. It’s free, and there’s no obligation.

Do you sell to individuals?

No. We supply businesses and organisations, and every product has a minimum order quantity.

Will I see a proof before you print?

Yes, always. We send you a free visual proof, and nothing is printed until you approve it.

How do I pay?

Payment is taken before production, by card (using the link on your invoice) or by bank transfer.

Can I have a sample?

Plain samples are available for many products. Depending on the supplier, they may be free or there may be a delivery charge. Printed samples are charged, including the setup cost, but for larger orders we may deduct the cost from your order if you go ahead. Just ask.

What artwork do you need?

Vector artwork as a PDF, AI or EPS file. If you don’t have one, we can vectorise your logo for £30 + VAT, and you keep the files. See our artwork guidelines.

Can you match my brand colours exactly?

For 1 colour printing, give us your Pantone reference and we’ll match it as closely as possible. Full colour (digital) printing uses CMYK, so an exact Pantone match isn’t possible, but we’ll get as close as we can.

How long will my order take?

Each product shows an approximate lead time, which runs from proof approval and payment. Express options may be available. See delivery.

Can you deliver to more than one address?

Yes. Delivery to one UK mainland address is included, and we’ll quote for any extra addresses.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel free of charge until you approve your proof. After that, your order is made specially for you, so it can’t be changed or cancelled.
