Delivery

Delivery is included

Our prices include delivery to one address on the UK mainland. Deliveries to more than one address, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, offshore locations or outside the UK are quoted separately.

Lead times

• Each product page shows an approximate lead time. Lead times run from when you approve your proof and your payment has cleared.
• Lead times are estimates, not guaranteed dates, unless we’ve agreed a fixed delivery date with you in writing.
• Need it sooner? Express production or delivery may be possible for some products. Ask us and we’ll confirm what we can do.

Ordering for an event?

Tell us your event date when you ask for a quote, and allow plenty of time. Once your order is dispatched, it’s in the courier’s hands, and we can’t be responsible for courier delays.

Tracking

We email you tracking details once your order is on its way. Please make sure someone is available to receive it.

Quantities

Occasionally, printed or breakable items (mugs in particular) arrive slightly over or under the quantity ordered. A delivery within 5% counts as complete, and we never charge for extra items.

If something’s wrong

Please check your order when it arrives, and let us know about any damage, shortage or printing fault within 5 working days, with photos. We’ll take it up with the production team and keep you updated until it’s resolved. See our terms & conditions for the full details.
