I started Duggan Group shortly after my daughter was born. The name was the point: I wanted to build something that she could inherit one day.
I’d spent years working in promotional merchandise, and two things kept coming up. Product quality was inconsistent from one supplier to the next, and prices varied wildly for what was often the same item. Worse, pricing was rarely what it seemed. A product advertised “from £1” might be £1 without any printing at all, and then came the extras: origination fees, setup charges and other industry terms that left customers confused about what they’d actually pay.
I saw a gap for a supplier that does things differently, and went for it.
What we stand for
- Quality you can rely on. We work with established UK suppliers and print rooms, so your branding looks right and the products last.
- Honest, all-in prices. Every price we show includes the product, printing, setup and delivery to one UK address. The only thing we add is VAT. No origination fees, no surprises.
- Keeping it simple. Choose your products, tell us the quantity, send your logo, and we do the rest, with a free visual proof before anything is printed.
- Relationships over a quick sale. We’d rather earn your next order than squeeze the most out of this one. Long-term working relationships matter more to us than a quick buck.
