Case study: a cooler bag giveaway for a housing association’s wellbeing expo

A Welsh housing association came to us with a staff wellbeing expo coming up fast. They wanted a giveaway for their staff that wasn’t the usual pen or notebook: something people would actually use, with plenty of room for their logo.
What they needed
- Something different. Not an everyday promotional item, so it would stand out on the day.
- Something useful. A product staff would keep using long after the event.
- A good branding area. Space for the logo to be seen.
- Speed. The event was close, so the order had to be turned around quickly.
What we suggested
We recommended the RPET Griffin Cooler Bag, a drinks cooler bag made from recycled plastic bottles.
- It’s practical for lunches and days out, so it gets used week after week.
- The logo could go on either the lid or the front of the bag, giving a large, visible branding area.
- With a single-colour print, it was delivered within five working days.
As always, they saw a free visual proof of their logo on the bag and approved it before anything was printed.
